Central Florida - Monroe Harbour Marina on Lake Monroe is part of the St. Johns River. Ashore, Historic Downtown Sanford with its shops and historic buildings are a few blocks away. Sanford's RiverWalk, meanders along the lakeshore on both sides of the marina. We are also home to U-Sail of Central Florida and the St Johns Rivership Company. Our central location means easy access to the Orlando area's world famous attractions, as well to Daytona and the beaches. Monroe Harbour Marina is the first to become Florida's marine facility to achieve Clean Marina, Clean Boatyard and Clean Retailer designations! This is an accomplishment that makes us proud.

Florida’s marinas currently provide services to thousands of boaters using state waters daily. The effects of year-round boating activities contribute to constant and growing pressure on Florida’s sensitive aquatic and marine ecosystems. In response, the Clean Boating Partnership, which includes the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Marine Industries Association of Florida, Florida Sea Grant Program, United States Coast Guard and Coast Guard Auxiliary, developed the Clean Marina Program to help marinas, boatyards and boaters protect Florida’s waterways using simple environmental practices that prevent pollution.

Powerboat Courses U-powerboat offers a selection of “Hands On” power boating courses approved by the US Coast Guard, NASBLA, the State of Florida and US power-boating. What sets U-powerboat apart from other boating courses is actual on the water instruction. U-powerboat teaches valuable techniques for improving your boat handling skills along with all the required material for approved certifications.
