At Monroe Harbour our lease is month-to-month with the payment of two
months minimum with the first month and a security deposit paid in
advance. Either party may end this lease, with or without cause, upon
receipt of thirty (30) days prior written notice.
Required Documents:
1) Vessel registration or federal documentation number.
2) Insurance policy with liability limits of no less than $300,000.
3) Individual identification.
4) A
condition report or survey may be required on vessels 15 years or older.
Vessel Storage Lease Agreement must be signed by the vessel's registered
owner.
